施美冰 - 註冊稅務師 Enrolled Agent (EA) 我自1988 年開始從事稅務專業工作，我最初於紐約一間華人大型會計師樓工作，其後我轉往中型會計師樓，我從工 作中取得豐富經驗，使我認識到每個客户的特別要求。 而且在每年的稅季期間，我更認識了不同階層的客戶，所以我會很 容易了解 和 處理不同個案的客戶。 現在，我成為一位合資格的 註冊稅務師，成立了自己的公司，希望從現在開始 能夠全心全意地 為每位客戶解決一切 稅務問題。 我是一位註冊稅務師, 是 獲得 聯邦稅務局 指定為 合法專業稅務知識人員 及 通過考試 與 背景調查, 亦獲准代表客戶 向稅務局處理客人的一切稅務問題 (當中包括上訴和爭取客人的稅務權利) 。 雖然我並不是一位會計師, 但是我通過了 “聯邦稅務局教育部”的學歷要求及考試合格, 所以我可以 幫 我的客户處理  “一切報稅 及 稅務顧問”.
I have been preparing taxes since 1988. Initially, I worked exclusively for one of the nationally advertised firms. In subsequent years, I worked at various times with several CPA firms and Enrolled Agents during tax season. In recent years, I work exclusively on returns for my own clients.      I am Enrolled Agent (EA). Obtaining that designation required that I pass a comprehensive examination by the IRS along with a background check. As an EA, I am authorized to represent clients at all administrative levels of the IRS.      Although I am not a CPA, I did meet the education requirements and have passed the exam required for this credential. I have also obtained the designations of Accredited Tax Preparer and Accredited Tax Advisor.
